Job Description


The Sales Enablement and Training Specialist will deliver successful and comprehensive onboarding and training for new sales team members, covering process and product training, as well as responsibility for ongoing role-based training for existing sales team members, reporting to the Vice President, of Sales Enablement. The ideal individual should have a proven track record of sales enablement experience working in a high growth start-ups environment as a self-starter who can create scalable programs, work with little direction, deliver measurable increases in productivity, and are excited about the opportunity to shape the development of our quickly growing team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

  • Lead and maintain all new hire onboarding programs, along with any continuing education for the Sales organization.
  • Deliver technical training for employees by engaging participants in instructor-led virtual training including Hubspot, Salesforce, SharePoint, contracting software.
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) of our product portfolio
  • Assist in maintaining a Sales training content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
  • Develop “how to” manuals for various Sales tasks in Hubspot & Salesforce or in other tools, along with any other information that the Sales team needs.
  • Gather and measure feedback / results from training to constantly improve training effectiveness.
  • Routinely shadow calls to assess skills and provide real-time, peer-to-peer coaching and feedback.
  • Lead the sales training process including:
  • Solution specific training (Therapy Brands SaaS products)
  • Sales process training (the how-to of the Sales role)
  • Creation & maintenance of playbooks in sales tool stack
  • Facilitate & deliver internal product training demonstrations.
  • Contract Completion
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to assess sales readiness and appropriately re-train when necessary.
  • Facilitate & coordinate Consultative Sales Training with our external consultant.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales and software solution training experience
  • 5+ years' experience creating training curriculums.
  • 3+ years of Hubspot or Salesforce administration experience and/or certifications
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in a B2B solution sales process required, cloud-based / SaaS / Mobile-App solutions offerings a plus.
  • Experience in a sales role that required you to deliver product demonstrations a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain tight deadlines.
  • Experience with the buyer journey
  • Project management, coordination, and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft products to produce high quality reports, presentation, or other documents.
